Accettazione Personale

Stavo riflettendo su una cosa... Generalmente sono sempre stato ipercritico nei miei confronti e in particolare del mio carattere, ma ultimamente sto scoprendo di accettarlo molto più facilmente, anzi, sto vedendo che nelle diverse situazioni che mi si presentano, alle volte riesco ad affrontarle come vorrei. Troppo spesso in passato mi sono fatto mille problemi perché mi ripetevo “però in quella situazione mi sarei potuto comportare meglio” oppure “non dovevo dire quella cosa e magari dire questa”, ma sto scoprendo che adesso, di tanto in tanto, pensandoci su, mi rendo conto che quello che ho fatto era esattamente quello che volevo fare, quello che volevo dire era esattamente quello che volevo dire e così facendo, molti macigni che in passato hanno pesato enormemente sul mio animo, non ci sono più. Certo, ad essere sincero ci sono cose che vorrei cambiare nel mio carattere, come tutti del resto. Ad esempio, vorrei cambiare il mio atteggiamento nelle situazioni in cui mi ritrovo da solo, essere magari più deciso e perdere meno tempo in sciocchezze e sfruttarlo al meglio ma tutto sommato, potrei essere mooolto peggio 
Vabbè… basta sproloqui… Lo so, questo è un mio ennesimo vaneggiamento eppure non ho fumato nulla
